Brown bacon. Drain on paper towel.
Remove bacon drippings from skillet and brown hamburger. Drain. Sauté onion for 2 minutes.
Combine all ingredients in a large granite roaster.
Mix well. Bake 2 hours at 325° F.
For a real western meal, serve with cornbread, carrots and celery sticks, and a jello salad. All cowboys and "wanna bes" love this meal!
