Beets in Spicy Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1 lbs beets, cooked
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp catsup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Peel beets. Dice small. Combine cream, mustard, catsup, salt and pepper in bowl. Add beets; mix well. Chill until serving time.
