Cook broccoli spears and set aside. Sauté onion and celery in oleo/margarine. Mix together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, cheez spread, mushrooms and rice. Add sautéd onion and celery.
Arrange broccoli in greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Pour cheese mixture over broccoli, covering completely. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° F or (about 35 minutes or until bubbly. Can be divided into 2 dishes, frozen and baked at a later date.
