Trim off large leaves of broccoli and remove tough ends of lower stalks. Wash broccoli thoroughly. Cut away tops and set aside. Cut stalks into 1/4-inch slices. Set aside. Toast sesame seeds in an electric wok or skillet, remove and set aside. Pour oil into wok, heat at 325° F or 3 minutes. Add garlic, stir fry briefly. Add broccoli stalks, stir fry 5 minutes. Add water chestnuts, wine, soy sauce and broccoli tops. Stir well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle sesame seeds over top.
