Haddock Au Gratin with Broccoli

Ingredients:
  • 10 oz. Frozen broccoli
  • 1 1/2 lbs Haddock fillets
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Coarsley grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp Bread crumbs
  • 5 Tbsp Finely shredded leek -OR- 5 Tbsp Finely chopped chives
  • 3 Tbsp Milk -OR- 3 Tbsp Sour cream -OR- 3 Tbsp Light cream

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 425° F. Prepare broccoli until just tender. Place in greased ovenproof dish. Place fish fillets on top; sprinkle with salt. Mix grated cheese, bread crumbs, and leeks or chives together.

Blend in milk, sour cream, or cream. Dab cheese mixture over fish; bake 20-30 minutes or until fish tests done with fork. Serve with mashed potatoes.
