Brown the first 5 ingredients until meat is no longer pink, and onion is transparent. Add broccoli and cover pan. Keep heat at medium to medium low. When broccoli is soft on outside, but slightly crisp on inside, take off heat and add in the cream cheese, stirring until mixed well. Add the Swiss cheese and mix well. Place in pie crust in a deep dish pie pan and add mixture to pan.
Cover with top crust and cut slits to ven Tbsp Bake at 425° F or 45 minutes to an hour. Pie is done when crust is golden brown.
