Peppered Broccoli

Ingredients:
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper, crushed
  • 6 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 small red bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation:

Heat olive oil in large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, and crushed red pepper; cook for 30 seconds. Stir in broccoli and bell pepper.

Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Season with salt and black pepper.
