Mix hamburger, onion salt and pepper, brown sugar, rice, egg and 1/2 cup tomato sauce; set aside.
Place cabbage in boiling hot water (or in freezer for a while) so the leaves will peel off easy and not break.
Mix a small amount of hamburger on each cabbage leaf and roll up, pulling ends in as you go.
Place a few extra cabbage leaves in bottom of dutch oven and place rolls on them.
Cover all with leftover tomato sauce and 1/2 cup brown sugar.
BAKE 1 1/2 hours at 375, then uncover for 2 more hours.
