Baked Carrots

Ingredients:
  • carrots
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup boiling water

Preparation:

Place carrots in casserole. Cream butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon together. Add water and blend well. Pour over carrots. Cover and bake at 350° F or 1 1/2 hours.
