Carrots in Dilled Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 lbs carrots, sliced and cooked until tender

Preparation:

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cooked carrots; cook until thoroughly heated.
