Glazed Carrots Recipe #2

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups carrots
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 2 tsp dried parsley flakes (or 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley)
  • 1/2 to 2 tsp prepared mustard (optional)

Preparation:

Heat carrots thoroughly; drain. Stir in honey, margarine, parsley and mustard, if desired; coat carrots thoroughly and heat. Makes 6.
