Marinated Carrots Recipe #2

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs carrots, diced diagonally
  • 1 cup tomato soup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 med. onion, sliced

Preparation:

Cook carrots until tender. Mix soup, sugar, mustard, oil, vinegar and onion together to make a sauce. Marinate cooked and cooled carrots in sauce. Refrigerate.
