Spiced Carrots

Ingredients:
  • carrots
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 or 5 whole cloves

Preparation:

Steam or boil carrots until tender. Combine vinegar and sugar. Add butter and cloves. Pour sauce over carrots. Season to taste.
