French Fried Cauliflower

Ingredients:
  • 1 small head cauliflower
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup biscuit baking mix

Preparation:

Wash and break cauliflower into small florets. Sprinkle on the salt.

In a separate bowl, combine milk, egg and baking mix and stir well. Dip florets into batter and deep fry until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently. Drain on paper towels.
