Oriental Coleslaw Recipe #4

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, crushed
  • 1 lrg pkg. slaw mix or 1 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 bunch of chopped scallions

Preparation:

Toast in the microwave the almonds, sesame seeds and Ramen noodles for approximately 3 minutes or until golden, set aside. Mix dressing ingredients together.

Just before serving, mix nuts, seeds, noodles, scallions and cabbage in a large bowl. Pour dressing, toss and serve.
