Gazpacho #1

Ingredients:
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 3 Garlic, cloves
  • 1 Green pepper, small
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 Onion, small
  • 1/4 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 4 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tomato, large
  • 12 oz. V8 or tomato juice

Preparation:

Finely chop vegetables and garlic (or run through food processor or blender for 10 seconds). Add vegetables and spices to juice and refrigerate.
