Dice/slice celery and mince onion. Melt margarine in large skillet and sauté celery and onion. Dice/cube cheese and set aside. Cook broccoli and drain. Prepare stuffing mix as package directs. Add cream of mushroom soup to celery/onion mixture and heat through.
Add cheese and allow it to melt. Put stuffing in a greased 9x13-inch pan. Spread over bottom and add drained broccoli. Pour soup/cheese mixture over all. Cover and bake at 350° F or 30 minutes. Allow it to set for 20 minutes before cutting and serve hot.
