Carrot Tofu Brownies

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 jar prune baby food
  • 1/3 cup raspberry/strawberry butter
  • 1/2 block Mori-Nu Lite tofu
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
