Basic Turkey Burger Plus

Ingredients:
  • 1 lbs Turkey; ground
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs; seasoned
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup Onions; finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Egg; beaten
  • 4 Buns, burger; toasted

Preparation:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except burger buns. Shape meat mixture into four patties, 1/2-inch thick. Broil or grill burgers about 6 inches from heat, for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
