Veal and Peppers Crock-Pot

Ingredients:
  • Veal; boneless, 2" cubes 3 lb
  • Green peppers; cut in 1/8's 4
  • Onions; sliced thin 3 md
  • Garlic cloves; mince 2
  • Mushrooms; quartered 1 lb
  • Chicken bouil'n cubes, crush 3
  • Basil 3/4 ts
  • Tomatoes; 1 lb. each 2 cn

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in removable liner. Place liner in base. Cover and cook on low 7 hours, high 4 hours or auto 5 hours.

Servings: 6 to 8
