Cornish Hens with Glazed Oranges

Ingredients:
  • 3 Rock Cornish Hens (about 11/2 lbs Ea)
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, melted
Glazed Oranges Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp Paprika

Preparation:

Place hens, breast sides up, on rack in shallow roasting pan; brush with butter. Roast uncovered in 350 oven for 30 minutes. Prepare Glazed Oranges.

Mix remaining ingredients; brush half of the orange juice mixture over hens. Roast, uncovered, brushing with remaining mixture, until hens are done, about 45 minutes.
