Heat oven to 400 degrees. Quarter 1 lime, zest and juice remaining lime. In saucepan, cook 2 Tbsp lime juice, 1 tsp lime zest, guava jelly and rum for 1 minute or until smooth and melted.
Season hens with salt and pepper. Divide quartered lime and garlic cloves among hen cavities. Tie legs of each hen together. Place hens on rack set in foil lined roasting pan.
Roast hens 1 hour or until 175 degrees F on a thermometer inserted in hens. Brushing with guava glaze after 30 min. Brush with remaining glaze. Let hens sit 10 min. before slicing and serving.
