Flatten each chicken breast to less than 1/2 inch thick. In the center of each chicken breast place a slice of dried beef. Roll up. Surround each wrap with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place in a 9x13-inch pan that ha been sprayed with Pam. Mix together soup and water and pour over chicken wraps. Bake at 350° F or 1 1/2 hours, turning wraps once.
