Kix Wraparound Snacks

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cup Kix brand cereal
  • about 20 miniature chocolate kisses, chocolate or yogurt covered raisins, gumdrops or miniature marshmallows
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp multicolored candy sprinkles

Preparation:

Heat sugar and corn syrup to boiling in a 3 quarts saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently.

Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter until blended. Stir in cereal; cool slightly. Lightly butter hands; shape 1 to 2 Tbsp cereal mixture into a ball around each chocolate kiss, raisin, gumdrop or marshmallow.

Immediately roll in candy sprinkles.
