Fajita Wraps with jalapeño Cream

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp or more ORTEGA® Diced Jalapeños
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 - 20 oz. package ORTEGA® Frozen Steak Fajita, prepared according to package directions
  • 4 - 10 inch burrito-size flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation:

Combine sour cream, jalapeños and lime juice in small bowl.

Spoon fajitas down center of each tortilla; sprinkle evenly with cheese and cilantro. Top with jalapeño cream; fold in one end and roll up.
