Bavarian Party Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1 lbs Kahn Braunschweiger
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation:

Sauté the onions in butter or oil 8 - 10 minutes stirring frequently. Remove from heat and drain. Remove the casing from Braunschweiger and mix meat with the cream cheese until smooth.

Mix in onion and pepper. Serve as a liver spread on crackers, thinly sliced party rye or serve as a dip accompanied by a variety of fresh raw vegetables.
