Beef and Pecan Hot Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 3 oz. dried beef, chopped fine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp onion flakes
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients except pecans and butter. Pour into small casserole dish. Melt butter and sauté pecans. Sprinkle with salt Spoon over cheese. Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes.
