Curry Dip For Raw Vegetables Or Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup low calorie salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1/2 to 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp marjoram
  • 2 cloves pickled garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Curry powder to taste - 1/2 to 1 tsp
