Grace Smith's Curry Vegetable Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 Tbsp tarragon vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp horseradish
  • 1/4 Tbsp curry powder

Mix. Refrigerate several hours. Serve with raw cauliflower, celery, carrots, onions, broccoli, green pepper, etc.
