Garland's Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 lbs or more Velvetta Cheese, cut into small cubes
  • Jalapeño peppers, chopped
  • 1 to 2 T pepper juice
  • dash of salt and garlic

Preparation:

Chop and cook ground chuck. Season with dash of salt and garlic. Drain well. Place cooked ground chuck, and velvetta cheese in a crock pot and cook on low until cheese is melted. Mix in the peppers and juice.

Let simmer until as hot as you like. Serve with crackers, or your choice of Chips or Fritoes.
