Hot Virginia Dip

Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese
  • 5 oz. dried minced chipped beef
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tsp minced onion

Preparation:

sauté nuts in butter and set aside. Mix cream cheese, chipped beef, garlic powder, sour cream and onion. Put into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

Top with nuts and bake at 350° 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly. Serve with crackers.
