Hot Virginia Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 Tbsp milk
  • 5 oz. dried beef, finely minced
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tsp onion, minced

Preparation:

Sauté pecans in butter. Reserve. Mix thoroughly cream cheese, milk, dried beef, salt, sour cream, and onion. Place in a 1-1/2 qt. baking dish.

Top with pecans. Chill until serving time. Bake at 350° For 20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or small breadsticks.
