Mexican 7 - Layer Dip

Ingredients:
  • 2 - 16 oz. cans refried beans
  • 1 - 4 oz. can diced green chiles
  • 1 - 4 oz. can chopped black olives
  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 medium diced tomatoes
  • 2 avocadoes (optional)
  • chili salsa or picante sauce

Preparation:

Spread both cans of refried beans on a serving dish to a depth of 1/2 to 3/4 inches.

Add other layers in the following order: Sour cream, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, diced chiles, chopped olives, and salsa & picante.

Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.

Servings: 10 - 20
