Mexican Layer Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 - 15-1/2 oz. can refried beans refried beans
  • 1 - 8 oz. carton sour cream
  • 4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 sm. jar picante sauce
  • 1 sm. head lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped and seeded
  • 1 sm. can sliced black olives
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped

Preparation:

Mix refried beans with 3 Tbsp sour cream. Mix remainder of sour cream with chili powder. Layer ingredients on to a serving plate beginning with the refried beans, sour cream mixture, picante sauce, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.

Serve with tortilla chips.
