Layered Nacho Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 large can refried beans
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1/2 large bottle Pace Picante Sauce
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cans sliced olives
  • sour cream (optional)
  • tortilla chips

Preparation:

Spread refried beans in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Cook ground beef and prepare as you would for tacos. Spread ground beef over beans.

Spread picante sauce over ground beef. Layer next with cheddar cheese. Sprinkle sliced olives on top of cheese.

Heat at 350° until bubbly and cheese is melted. Spread sour cream on top if desired. Dip with tortilla chips.
