Reuben Dip

Ingredients:
  • 16 oz. can sauerkraut
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 pkgs. chipped beef, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cup Hellman's mayonnaise

Preparation:

Mix sauerkraut, Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, chipped beef, onion and mayonnaise. Pour mixture into baking dish and bake at 350° F until hot and bubbly.

Serve with small pieces of rye bread or Ritz crackers.
