Salmon Dip Or Ball

Ingredients:
  • 1 - 15 oz. can salmon
  • 1 - (8-oz) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp liquid smoke
  • 2 Tbsp minced onion
  • 1 tsp horseradish

Preparation:

Soften the cream cheese. Drain salmon, remove bones and flake. Add all incredients and mix thouroughly.

Chill for about 1 hour then remove from the refrigerator and form into a ball or place in a serving bow.

Salmon Ball: Roll in chopped pecans and parsley. Serve with crakers.
