Vampire Dip

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • 1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup - 14 oz. artichoke hearts packed in water, drained
  • 1 whole pod (not a clove) garlic, mixed

Preparation:

Mash all ingredients together in a casserole dish. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes covered;then uncovered for about 10 minutes. OR Microwave 10 - 15 min. until hot and bubbly.

Serve hot with bread.
