Hunter's Sauce for Wild Duck

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup red currant jelly
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish sauce
  • 1 cup dry red wine
