Brown Butter Brandy Frosting

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 2 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 2 Tbsp brandy

Preparation:

Melt shortening until golden brown. Add to confectioner's sugar, milk and brandy. Mix to desired consistency.
