Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup rhubarb, cubed
  • 4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 small can (or 1 cup) crushed pineapple

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together. Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Stir in package of strawberry Jello until dissolved. Place in hot 1/2 pint jars.

Servings: 2 1/2 pints
