Hawaiian Sweetbread Souffle

Ingredients:
  • 1 pk Kings Bakery sweet bread
  • 1 qt Milk
  • 9 Eggs; beaten
  • 2 Apples; peeled and grated
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Stick butter

Preparation:

Slice bread 1/2 inch thick. Lay flat in a 9 x 12 pan. Dot with butter. Mix milk, beaten eggs and sugar well.

Pour over bread and sprinkle with cinnamon and grated apples. Refrigerate overnight and bake uncovered for 1 hour in 350° F oven.

REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.
