Beef and Macaroni Supper

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 pkg. Kraft macaroni and cheese
  • 2 - 6 oz. cans tomato sauce
  • Salt, pepper and garlic to taste

Preparation:

Scramble fry beef, onion, and bell pepper until beef is no longer pink. Add tomato sauce and 2 cans of water; mix well. Stir in macaroni and simmer until done. (You may need to add water as it cooks.)

When macaroni is done, remove from heat and add cheese; mix well. Extra Velveeta may be added if you desire more cheesy taste. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
