Nordstrom's Summer Salad with Vinegarette Dressing

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Corn, fresh or frozen - Cook according to package directions
  • 1 each Avocado - diced into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 2 cups Cherry vine-ripened tomatoes - halved
  • 1/2 cup Red onion - finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Fresh Tarragon - Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh parsley - Chopped
  • 1 Jar Feta cheese - cubed

Preparation:

Combine the corn, avocado, tomatoes, and onion into a large glass bowl. Pour Vinigarette salad dressing over the salad and toss.
