P.F. Chang's China Bistro Steamed Fish with Ginger and Green Onions

Dash of salt Ingredients:
  • Dash of white pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 slices ginger, smashed
  • 3 stalks green onions, smashed
Garnish Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbsp green onions, julienned
  • 2 Tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and julienned
  • 1 oz hot (temperature) oil
  • 8 oz sauce (see below)
Sauce Ingredients:
  • 8 oz soy sauce
  • 10 oz chicken stock
  • 8 oz granulated sugar
  • Cilantro sprigs

Preparation:

Top fish with above ingredients before steaming. Cook fish 7 to 10 minutes, making sure fish doesn't overcook.
