Aubergine Ginger-Soy Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
  • 1/8 cup Picked ginger
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar; or to taste
  • 1/3 cup Red wine vinegar

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in blender and process for 1 minute.

Refrigerate, covered, until chilled, about 1 hour. Toss with salad and serve.
