Rajas Salsa

Ingredients:
  • 1 lrg red bell pepper, roasted, skinned and julienned
  • 1 lrg yellow bell pepper, roasted, skinned and julienned
  • 1 lrg poblano chile, roasted, skinned and julienned
  • 1 Roma tomato, blackened and roughly chopped
  • 4 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 Tbsp chopped roasted garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
