Baked Beef Stew

Ingredients:
  • 1 lbs stew beef
  • 4 - 5 potatoes, cut up
  • 3 - 4 carrots, cut up
  • 1 onion, cut up
  • 1 turnip, cut up
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can of water
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation:

Brown stew beef in pan; place in bottom of casserole dish. Add cut up potatoes, carrots and onion. Add soup on top with 1 soup can of water. Sprinkle with black pepper. Bake 3 hours at 250° F.
