Venison Jerky #2

Ingredients:
  • 3 lb Venison; in 3" strips
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 5 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp 5-spice powder
  • 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Red wine
  • 1 tsp Msg (I wouldn't use this)

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients, except venison. Marinate 24 hours.

Bake at 350° F.about 15 minutes, or until browned, turning once.
