Deli-Potato Salad Wraps

Ingredients:
  • 3 potatoes, cooked, peeled, and cut into a fine dice
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded fine
  • 1/2 cup celery, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp horseradish (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 lbs Honeysuckle White Deli Turkey Breast, sliced thin

Preparation:

Combine potato, cheese, and celery in a large bowl.

Stir together all remaining ingredients except Turkey. Spoon mayo mixture over potato mixture and toss gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Spoon 2 to 3 Tbsp potato salad along center of each deli slice and roll up.
